Cranbrook does have its share of estate sales just like any town. Parents pass and their children need to deal with their estate and part of their estate is usually their home. IIt is a difficult time. Some people wait to have the home transferred into the beneficiaries or executor's name, depending on how the title to the property was held and some people chose to get it on the market right away and when an offer is entertained it is always subject to probate.
