Make sure you have good lighting. Replace old dated lighting fixtures. Get rid of brass. Most purchasers today, do not like it. All of these things help in the sale of your home. The biggest and most important criteria to the sale of your home is PRICE! Don't be optimistic in this market. This sounds bad, but don't be greedy. Take what you can get. If you are staying here and buying another home. You are buying in the same market! You will be buying for cheaper anyways!
